A publicly traded company since 1971, Paulson Capital Corp. is a holding company whose only operating subsidiary is Paulson Investment Company, Inc. 

Originally founded by Chester “Chet” Paulson in 1970 as Paulson Trading Company, Paulson Capital Corp. has earned national distinction within the financial services industry as a trusted source for compelling emerging companies pioneering positive change and advancements in a wide range of high growth industries.
